Where is Tinsley??
The appeal hearing for tomorrow cannot go ahead because nobody knows where Tinsley is and the court has been unable to serve the subpoena ordering him to attend because they cannot find him
So come on Pattaya people. Out of all the people on this group and their friends and connections, somebody will know where he is. Is he still at his Visa Shop? Is his car still parked outside his apartment ?

Bob Hayden-Gilbert This isn't right. Immigration knows where he is and he has to report every 90 days, so why not nab him when he reports or put out an APB?
