Court case

Andrew Pickles

Spent today in court. Present were the judge, the prosecutor, our lawyer and his assistant plus a number of prosecution witnesses.

Tinsley was present, plus a fried and a clerk from his new lawyer. his new lawyer is working away on another case and could not be present. It would appear that after working with this lawyer for a year he discovered last week that his lawyer did not speak very good English and not only that he lives in Bangkok, so at the last moment he had to appoint a new lawyer and has asked for the case to be postponed.

The judge was clearly not keen on a long delay and the case has been rescheduled to resume on the 28th August....See more
