The forum administrators seem to have removed any nasty or inaccurate posts as far as I could see. I've posted on there now saying to ask me if there are any questions about the case, I will only reply if it does not jeopardise the trial though, nor aid the defence of the accused.

They are obviously just commenting without knowing anything about the case, this is quite apparent. When I get chance later I'll have a good look at set the record straight. It's no big deal, just a little more admin!

Who is to say that people on thai visa know any less than people on this facebook site about the case!!! It is tragic what has happened to Adam but until all the facts have come out in a court of law I dont think we should judge anyone.

That's very true David, I am in a position however to already know a lot of the facts, not all I grant you, but enough. All I'm saying is that from what I've read on ThaiVisa, people are posting their opinions & views without knowing any of the facts that are already out there. People are of course entitled to do this, I would simply like to present the truth where appropriate & to correct errors so that people can come to their opinions in a more informed way.
We are all happy to wait until the court case believe me, we're glad that there is one!

Don't lose any sleep over ThaiVisa, Neil. They often don't let Truth get in the way of a good story.

@Yvonne. Yes I totally agree. Thaivisa are owned, run and heavily influenced by their sponsors which to me means it is not run in the way an open forum should be. The users on there tend to be bored and bitter expats who troll the forums looking for confrontation. Not all of course but a large enough amount of people. I would say that probably a big percentage of the users commenting on this subject probably don't know enough about it and thus conspire. As Yvonne says I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

What Neil said...
Many people on this Facebook site have known the ins and outs of the case for quite some time now, but we have been discreet and bitten our tongues thus far. The truth is clear to those who have seen the evidence to date, and it is not pretty. Innocent until proven guilty? Fair enough, but there is more than enough evidence to lock this chap up and throw away the key already, it is just a case of waiting now and hoping that justice will prevail x x x
