Miss you bud. Shake it off and shake it out, cool guy. Miss our pizzas with Timmy Tomkinson and Mad "Go-Kart" Tom in Soi 33. Come to think of it Tom was never there. We all love you man----come on shake it out. Yeaaahhh!! Going to a fundraiser for you in Bangkok next week. People who have never met you care about you.....you would normally ask why but I think they found out about you, who you are and what you are like.
