Adam's attacker no longer in custody

As some of you may already know, Sean Henry Tinsley is no longer in custody.

The UK Foreign Office in Bangkok confirmed this to Andrew and Adele last week, I have also had it confirmed by Andrew Drummond (http://andrew-drummond.com/2012/07/19/want-a-visa-to-thailand-boyo/#comment-5727)
When asked to check, the official reply is that he is still in custody, which means he has bought his way out, all the computer systems say he is still in custody.
I cannot begin to tell you how let down we all feel about this.
Dr Virachai, the School board and Thailand in general, really need to get this situation addressed immediately, for the safety of their staff, their pupils and for their future prospects - and for the world wide reputation of Thailand in general
