Tracey's fundraiser
As I can't make it to the pattaya to pickles extravaganza on July 8th, I have been pimping myself out to my colleagues here in Penang. Basically i'm getting sponsored to do their odd jobs in my own time. After talking briefly about it at a staff meeting this morning I was overwhelmed by the support people want to offer. By the time I left the staff room I had been given over £200 for pickles and all for nothing. Not an odd job in sight. I actually cried a bit. Some of the people who gave me money earn around £200 a MONTH for full time work and yet they happily parted with 10 pounds here, 20 there. What amazing people we are surrounded by x x x
