update from Andrew

There has been lots of activity with friends providing massive support over the past few days. A special thanks to Pafan for her patience and tireless efforts dealing with the lawyers, prosecutor and keeping us up to date, as well as attending the hearings. Thanks also to Dan for attending court and Neil, Martin and Bruce for the special efforts they have put in.
The trial continued on the 24th and 25th of May, with four witnesses giving evidence. The girls form the Paradise Bar who witnessed the car incident and saw Tinsley set off in pursuit and the girl who found Adam, phoned the ambulance and friends and went with him to the hospital. There was also evidence from the police.
The case continues on June 10th when the police give further evidence and Tinsley presents his defence.
The court then adjourns, Tinsley continues roaming around the Bars of Pattaya and we all return, possibly two weeks later for the verdict!!!

  • Ann Margaret It beggars belief that he has been allowed his freedom all this time. Let's just hope that he will be put away for life in a Thai prison. You Andrew, and Adele and Fan are all so strong; my admiration for you all knows no bounds. I just hope with all my heart that this concludes the way we all want it to.

  • Barbara Bedford I don't know Adam personally but I knew Katie Jones from school and it was through her that I learned of Adam's plight. I always have a thought for him as I've taught abroad myself and he sound like a really good lad! I really hope that justice is served and I hope that the 'person' that did this gets his just desserts. I have four little boys myself and I could never imagine the horrors that you and Adele must be experiencing on a daily basis. Wishing that Adam improves soon as possible.
